At Kiwi Court Motel, we welcome your pets! To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, we ask that you follow our pet-friendly guidelines.

General Rules

• Only domestic pets (cats and dogs) are permitted.

• A maximum of two (2) pets per room.

• Pets must always be on a leash or in a carrier when outside your room.

• You’ll need to sign a Pet Policy Agreement at check-in.

• Pets must never be left unattended in the unit.

Keeping Our Space Clean

• Please clean up after your pet in all outdoor areas.

• Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture – please bring your pet’s bedding.

• If you're keeping a cat, a litter box must be provided.

Housekeeping & Consideration for Others

• Room cleaning must be scheduled in advance, as we cannot service the room while pets are inside.

• Prevent excessive noise or disruptive behavior. If a pet is deemed aggressive or disruptive, management may request alternative arrangements or involve animal control.

Bond & Damages

• A $100 bond may be required at check-in and will be refunded after room inspection at check-out.

• Additional cleaning or repairs due to pet-related damage may be charged accordingly.
